Solfeggio Tuning Sessions:
The Solfeggio Energy Tuners work with the energy system that is approximately two inches outside the physical body. It is here that all disease begins as energy blockages. These tuners clear those blockages bringing resonance where there is dissonance and balance where there is imbalance in the energy system. Sessions are typically 30 to 90 minutes long and can use a variety of tuners to clear and balance all of the Chakras resulting in deep relaxation, clairity and focus. Clients have reported a reduction in stress and pain along with a feeling of wellbeing.

Reiki, Spiritual Healing & Therapeutic Touch
As a Reiki Master-Therapist, Sylvia combines eclectic psychotherapy with Reiki to maximize the client's healing potential. Spiritual Healing and Therapeutic Touch are integrated as well, with a fluidity of combination that causes the Spiritual Healing and TT to be indecipherable from the process of Reiki.
Reiki, Spiritual Healing and Therapeutic Touch accelerate the healing process already in progress in the individual, implementing additional forms of healing to work collectively with those of the body, thereby helping to reduce and/or relieve stress-related illnesses entirely. Hemoglobin changes of over 1.5 grams (an unusually large change) have occurred within as little as 2 hours after treatment (an unusually short amount of time). Reiki, Spiritual Healing and TT appear to reduce positive ions in the energy field of the client (which show up as headaches, etc.) and to have a significant effect on autonomic system symptoms such as nausea, dyspnea, tachycardia, pallor due to peripheral vascular system contraction and poor blood circulation. Sylvia combines these methods in her healings, whenever appropriate. Due to her clairsentience, she is able to feel your emotions when she respectfully places her hands in the various hand positions on the body.

Based upon the philosophy that, when we experience traumatic events in our lives a 'piece' of our Soul/Higher Self becomes frightened and flees, Inner Child Work helps the client bring back those shards of his/her Self lost over time by working with the child within. Through a remarkable process of Self-communication and therapy, Sylvia helps the individual to connect with his/her Inner Child/Higher Self and to reclaim those pieces lost in the past which are ready to reintegrate. She assists you in discovering what was happening at the time of fragmentation, why the child left and what the child needs from you so that it may remain. This gives the client direct access to the tools and gifts they possessed at the age that loss happened, enabling them to feel at that particular level again. Habits and patterns that impede a person's strength and growth are broken as the knowledge and experience of that particular age is rejuvenated, reintegrated and regained. New spaces are carved for self-knowledge and growth as accessibility to the guidance and the information that comes with reintegration of pieces of the self increases self-empowerment.

Heart-Centered Psychotherapy uses gentle yet powerful tools to heal the deepest pain at your own pace. This remarkable healing process allows you to reclaim your own personal power through a much deeper connection with Spirit/Source, thereby creating an intimate relationship with the Divine within yourself. Inner Child Work comes from the heart and is a major component of this very therapeutic process. Because of the depth of the work Sylvia has done within herself she is able to interface with you from the standpoint of unconditional love, respect and deep compassion.

One of the most difficult topics for many Americans to deal with is death. Normally we expect coworkers and friends to be over the loss of a loved one within a few weeks or a month at most. We are advised to "keep a stiff upper lip." When the bereaved person expresses anger towards the deceased, a very frequent reaction from friends is shock and distress. We are told "not to speak ill of the dead." Dealing with grief is very hard work, and it usually takes a long time to heal even if the death was expected. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross has discussed in eloquent detail the stages of grief, which do include anger at the deceased, if for nothing else, abandoning the griever. Guilt is another aspect, for we always believe things would have been different "if only...". Sylvia's compassion and patience with those suffering from grief come from her own life experiences of the complex and challenging emotions associated with this intense work. Expressing what we feel, safely and with an understanding listener, leads to greater wholeness and, again, to further empowerment of the self.

Chakra Work
Chakra is an Indian word which literally means "wheel." There are seven major chakras, starting at the base of the spine and continuing up to the crown of the head, and many, many minor chakras located throughout the rest of the body. The chakras are vortexes of energy which are connected with all of our internal organs. When they are balanced and spinning in the correct direction we experience optimum health; when unbalanced and skewed, discomfort and/or illness is the result. At times rips and tears can occur in the energy fields of these various vortexes, and the act of repairing them can lead to powerful influxes of positive energy. By combining Reiki and other hands-on healing modalities with "talk therapy," Sylvia has found that tremendous heat is generated in particular chakras when a client discusses emotionally charged topics. This is especially true of the solar plexus, located just above the navel, and the Sacral Chakra, located in the abdomen, energy centers which hold our personal power and emotions respectively. The healing modalities that Sylvia works with have the ability, particularly in combination, to rebalance the chakras, resulting in a client's movement through blockages much more rapidly than such release would normally take to occur.

Totem Animal communing
Sylvia's personal journey into healing has led her to interface with the Higher Realms. She has connected with many of her own Angels and Guides and works extensively with them. She has learned not only how to communicate with them herself, but teaches these methods of communication to many of her clients and student as well. Often Sylvia brings loving and comforting messages to those who most need uplifting. She also incorporates many shamanic practices into her therapy sessions. She has assisted clients in discovering which of their totem power animals are currently working with them. Clients are sometimes able to intuit the presence of a power animal "living" in a particular chakra or energy center. By allowing the power animal to dialogue with oneself, the client is better able to gain knowledge about strengths, fears and memories held in those energy centers, and to free' stuck' patterns of behavior. Just becoming aware of a totem animal's presence in our lives can help to empower us at times. Sylvia has also very successfully utilized this technique to communicate with the different ages of the Inner Child which "live" in various chakras in order to recover trapped feelings and memories in those areas that can then be freed and reintegrated into the psyche.
